Tracy Figlan, MSN APRN, PMHNP-BC

It takes strength and courage to reach out for assistance. Thank you for taking that first step towards self-discovery and creating the life you have envisioned. Each person has an individualistic life experience, therefore each treatment plan is personalized and may include supportive medication, therapy, or both.

I work with clients age 18 years and older, who may have depression, PTSD, anxiety, bipolar, ADHD, addiction and other mental health diagnoses. In therapy, my therapeutic style is goal oriented, non-judgmental, supportive, and strength-based. I primarily apply techniques from cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, psychodynamic psychotherapy, mentalization, schema therapy, and brief solution-focused therapy.

Tracy has been a registered nurse since 2005, working with diverse populations in the areas of trauma, hospice, chemical dependency, and psychiatric nursing. She graduated from the Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner program at The University of Texas at Austin. Tracy graduated summa cum laude from Texas Tech University, School of Nursing.

When not working, she enjoys volunteering in the community, spending time with family and friends, and being outdoors.

Tracy sees clients who are 18+ years of age.  She participates with Aetna, BCBS PPO, Cigna, Compsych, Humana, Tricare and United.

Christine Kilkenny, MSN APRN, PMHNP-BC

I’m a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I’ve been a psychiatric nurse since 2008. I started my career as an LVN at the Austin State Hospital. I received my RN in 2014 and continued working in multiple inpatient hospitals around Austin. I received my Masters of Nursing at the University of Texas Health Science Center San Antonio in 2018. I strive to help my patients achieve wellness using the least amount of medications at the lowest therapeutic doses. I believe in having my patient actively involved in the decisions making
process regarding their care.

I was born in France and came to the US as an infant. I’ve lived in the Austin area my entire life. I love being a mom and a wife. I spend a lot of my free time outside swimming, camping, hiking, or gardening. I have three rambunctious dogs and love helping animals in need.

Rebecca Scaduto

Rebecca Scaduto, MSN APRN, PMHNP-BC

I am a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner specializing in substance use and addiction as well as general psychiatry. In my practice I strive to provide care that centers the patient, making myself a guide of available options rather than the final decision-maker. I believe that to provide exceptional care, it is necessary to know the whole person and regularly use non-pharmacological tools to aid in my patients’ recovery such as lifestyle modifications and brief psychotherapeutic interventions. Whatever your psychiatric needs I am excited to start this journey with you to a more fulfilling and sustainable life.

I began my career as a research assistant at the University of Texas at Austin working on studies investigating some of the very medications I am able to use in my clinic today. Because of my roots in research, I pride myself in practicing with an evidence-based approach and look forward to discussing both new and tried-and-true medication options with my patients. After my time in academia, I went on to enter clinical practice as a registered nurse working at a dual diagnosis substance use disorder treatment facility. Once I received my certification as a psychiatric nurse practitioner I continued to work in residential substance use care as well as an outpatient clinic and bring several years of experience in the mental health and substance use fields. In addition to addiction, I work with patients seeking help for anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and thought disorders.

Rebecca sees clients 16+ years of age.  She participates with BCBS PPO, Cigna, Humana, Tricare and United.  Network participation contracts are pending with Aetna and Compsych.
